Yes, Mosaic Urban Living is located in the heart of Heraklion, within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and shops.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts from 15:00pm, and check-out is until 11:00am.
How does the check-in process work?
We offer an easy self check-in process. You will receive detailed instructions before your arrival.
Is parking challenging in the area?
As we are in the city centre, parking can be limited. There are nearby public parking options available. We recommend Hanioporta Parking (350m) or Parking Kallergis (160m).
Do you provide daily cleaning?
Daily housekeeping is not included. For stays of more than 3 nights, we can offer cleaning service upon request.
Can I request fresh towels or linen changes?
Additional towel or linen changes are available upon request for longer stays over 3 nights.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?
Yes, luggage storage is available before check-in or after check-out upon request.
Can I do an early check-in or late check out?
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please let us know your arrival or departure time in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
