1. Premium Suite (3rd Floor)

Our top accommodation choice. A 45 sq.m. apartment featuring an impressive 40 sq.m. balcony with city views. Includes a double bed, living room with sofa bed, and two TVs. Ideal for up to 4 guests.

2. Deluxe 1-Bedroom Apartments (Ground Floor, 1st & 2nd Floor)

Spacious 42 sq.m. apartments offering comfort and privacy. They include a separate bedroom with a double bed, living room with sofa bed, two TVs, and a private balcony.

3. Deluxe Apartment – Basement (Lower Ground Floor)

A quiet and cool 40 sq.m. space at basement level. Features a double bed, sofa bed, two TVs, and access to a small private courtyard for relaxing moments.

4. Premium Studios (3rd & 4th Floor)

Modern 31 sq.m. studios located on the upper floors of the building. Equipped with a double bed, full kitchen, and private balcony. An excellent choice for couples or solo travelers.

5. Deluxe Studio – Basement (Lower Ground Floor)

A comfortable 35 sq.m. basement-level studio. Despite the lack of a balcony, it offers a large interior space, double bed, sofa bed, and two TVs, making it a high-quality and affordable option.

6. Deluxe Studios (1st & 2nd Floor)

Functional and stylish 21 sq.m. studios in the heart of the city. They feature a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, one TV, and a private balcony.
